ELIMINATE THE OVERHEAD! A low-cost structure
is essential for being competitive. Overhead adds to
the cost structure and makes companies less
competitive. At SAMS, Inc. we realize that overhead
costs do not directly result in the production of
the product or deliver a service.
More importantly, overhead does
not directly benefit our customers.
Experience has shown us that there is an inverse
relationship between overhead cost and benefits
obtained. Overhead costs can grow out of control
rapidly. As costs grow, benefits are more difficult
to recognize.
Worse yet, corporate overhead
costs are by and large passed on to customers and
taxpayers.
At
SAMS, Inc. we have ELIMINATED THE OVERHEAD! We have
highly-experienced and dedicated employees who have
a wide range of skills who are committed to doing
what is right, and we are able to minimize our
overhead costs by various means - such as trading
services, sharing the cost of goods, and forming
strategic partnerships. As a result of eliminating
gross expenditures, we strengthen our business value
and will not pass unnecessary overhead costs to our
customers. |
