Technology Transition Planning Services

SAMS is highly experienced in Technology Transition Planning and Implementation. Our Technology Transition Planning services help our clients to better prepare for the complexities of facility moves. The goal is to ensure that our clients accomplish their technology relocation with maximum efficiency and minimum risk.

Implementation planning and coordination comprise the initial component of the Technology Transition Planning process. This includes meeting facilitation, budgeting, vendor coordination, transition scheduling, contingency plans, and a myriad of other tasks.

The next step after the intensive coordination is the actual relocation execution. This is the physical transition of the computer and technology systems for a facility. This generally occurs over a weekend or multiple weekends, and SAMS supplies the on-site staff to coordinate and manage the activities of all parties involved in the transition.
